A huge blunder, or YouTube change their ways?

Sigh... I posted this on YouTube posts already, but let's post it here too. I just realized that YouTube doesn't give 60fps option on all of my vertical videos which YouTube converted to 480p. They were all recorded in resolution 600x1080 as if you were to hold you phone vertically. They were Android gameplay videos played on Nox emulator on PC, many recorded at least 60fps option in Bandicam in VBR (variable bit rate) option.

It seems like YouTube downgraded many of my vertical videos too. Some got downgraded to 360p for some reason, while one that I found, which is Sensual Goddess android gameplay, got downgraded to 240p. Wow. So, I reuploaded it to Rumble, which provides a higher quality conversion. I mean, I still have the original Sensual Goddess video on my external HDD, so I reuploaded that to Rumble.

As a result, I went to edit a lot of video titles, 480p/360p/240p videos with at least 100 views, newer videos, and some other 480p/360p/240p videos in YouTube. In Rumble, I fixed all of them. Sorry about that.

I thought YouTube provided 60fps option for 480p videos as seen in this example here: https://www.resetera.com/threads/youtube-now-offers-360p-and-480p-60fps.211635/. I also remember seeing 480p60fps option in one of my videos too from a long time ago. *facepalm*. So it seems like sometimes they do provide, and sometimes they don't. And, I don't know if they still support 60fps for 480p video and 360p videos anymore. Google AI tells me they don't. They should.
