For Inazumachi, Phantom Ken, and Phantom Ryu, I recorded them in MUGEN with Bandicam, used VSDC Free Video Editor, and converted them to gifs with Ezgif, which downgraded the frame rate.

Update 9/22/2025: Shaitan/Shin Shaitan V2.0 got found recently... but idk by who.
