Haru did make a stage, a screenpack, and intros and endings. He put them up for download, but the download button was unclickable, and therefore you couldn't download them. Perhaps they were unreleased on accident. The download buttons worked in his char section.
Rina's pals are glitched for Winmugen and above, so use Dos2Win to convert and fix. Dos2Win doesn't backup the .sff file properly. 6/27/2025: And Dark Shingo's pals need fixing too.
