1/28/2026: Added I-NO, and thanks to LGM2006 for the information. According to a MUGEN news source (having trouble at the moment finding where the source came from, and the author behind it, sorry), I-NO was a BBS release, initially released in Feb, 2004, and not found in the char download section. Idk why. However, the file I found was from 2/13-15/2005. I can't find any other information that MEKA updated this char. Not even MEKA mentioned releasing her and updating her on the update history on the front page of his site. Wow. As a result, I-NO became somewhat rare and obscure. However, I found out that the char was reuploaded a ton on eSnips, and found edited in some compilations, so the char couldn't have been that rare. Thankfully, the 2/13-15/2005 ver. was saved in a compilation called, "Mugen All Characters Battle Zero". Archive.org decided to exclude MEKA's BBS site, so I couldn't retrieve information from it. Darn, so the I-NO_dust.cns file was edited 2 days after the readme txt file and def file which is from 2/13/2005... so it might possibly be an anonymous edit. Oh well, might as well include it. It's the best one I have found at the moment. Added MEKA's katakana name, and fixed some stuff.

ReplyDeleteIt's also worth mentioning that the author also happened to make a version of I-No from Guilty Gear XX as well, but for some reason, she was not hosted on said author's site. Or was she? Who knows, but I don't know how did those people were able to get her back then.
Added I-NO. Thanks for the info. Apparently according to a news source I have, I-NO was released at MEKA's BBS site, separate from his Infoseek site. Idk why.
