ShinRyoga & NeoAnkh's MUGEN Creations

A collection of ShinRyoga & NeoAnkh's MUGEN creations.


His stuff were later hosted at Randomselect (Old, New). I don't know why his Omega Tom Hanks char wasn't hosted there, and it is unknown if ShinRyoga himself converted him to Winmugen, or not. I know there are tons of edits of these chars from other people, so I'm only going to include some.

    The older versions of Mario will need Dos2Win to fix some palette glitches.

    Oh, and about the 100% version of Mario edited in 2004 (from Mugen Ultimate Collection), it's actually an edit of the one with his .air and .cns files being slightly updated in February 2002. But the untouched copy of that small update fix still appears to be MIA it seems.
