Pinko's extremely rare Cammy was only available for a very short time (probably less than 3 months), but Electrocaid managed to obtain it. KorosKoros also had this char, and decided to share it last year.

Felicity's OneDrive was downloaded on September 27, 2020, and reuploaded to Axfc UpLoader on July 5, 2021 [alt]. Then on the same day, a txt file to the Axfc download link was uploaded to Getuploader at "MUGENでーたうｐしおうぜ part10". As a result, all of his latest stuff has been preserved. Good save.

Update: So it appears not all chars were reuploaded in the 7z archive file at Axfc. Idk why. Well, time to go look for the rest... 6/13/26: Ok, added many. Still some more to go, and I'm looking for untouched/unedited versions. I made a "REMOVED" section, and put them there. I don't know if they are the latest versions. Re-added alt dl link to Axfc file.
