All of these chars, stages, and the hosted AI can be found in kayui uma's site in the archives, except for one... Tifa Lockheart (kayui uma had it Lockheart instead of Lockhart in the def file). For some reason, Tifa was no where to be found in kayui uma's site. By looking at the files, it seems like Tifa was kayui uma's first character, predating the earliest archive.org snapshot of the site above. So, maybe Tifa was released elsewhere, but I don't know where. Perhaps Tifa was released at MUGEN archive wiki, just by looking at the snapshots before May 10, 2007, and after May 10, 2007 because that was the date of the char. By May 18, 2007, Tifa was already on the list of uploaded chars [Source]. However, MUGEN archive wiki was a place of rare and obscure offline chars, so perhaps what happened was that Tifa got released elsewhere, perhaps on his site still, and then some days later, the download link went offline, but someone managed to download it, and reupload it to the MUGEN archive wiki. Wow. If true, what a save.
Also to note that kayui uma released his Tifa days after YAMAKICHI released his Tifa ver. The Tifa Lockhart that won in popularity went to YAMAKICHI, probably because his was on the news and database in many MUGEN sites and was easier to find, and barely anybody knew about kayui uma's ver and was harder to find. If kayui uma put his Tifa in his site, I think more people would have known about it, and gave a bit more competition towards YAMAKICHI's Tifa.
