Exclamation_Question has a habit of quitting MUGEN, and taking his stuff down, then coming back and bringing his stuff back online, then quitting MUGEN and taking his stuff down again. Apparently he, "retired" in 2019 because his, "work and private life became busy" [Source], and he shut down his site. Then, he came back on Twitter in 2021, and released a new char named Taisei Phoenix on Nov 28, 2021 on Google Drive [Source]. He also rereleased some of his old chars on Google Drive [Source1][Source2]. Then... he "retired" sometime later and took down the Google Drive download links. He had a Onedrive account back then which hosted his Kart Fighters. I visited it like in 2012, or 2013 when it was online. He later took that down, and someone from some forum said the reason why was because he quit MUGEN, or something like that. He also had a Mediafire account hosting his Irregular chars. Instead of leaving it up, he took it down also. His site was shut down sometime in late 2019. On September 26, 2019, shortly before his site was shut down, somebody took the time and archived all of his MUGEN stuff hosted on his site. Huge thanks to that person who did that. However, the person forgot to archive the Mediafire download links of the Irregular chars, or chose not to. Oh well. Exclamation_Question also deleted his Twitter accounts.
In this post, I will post all of his archived MUGEN chars and stages, and they will stay up... forever! :D (at least a long time. His stuff got re-uploaded elsewhere too.) Who knows, Exclamation_Question might come back and reupload and update his stuff again, so stay tuned. This page might get updated with new chars, stages, updated stuff, etc.

3/13/2025: Decided to source some of my information. Also added some more info, and clarification. I was hesitant back in 2024 to add the info on why he possibly took down his Onedrive folder, but oh well, I'll add it.
Oh wow, I totally forgot I created the page for Exclamation_Question at Mugen Wikia. I said his creations were once hosted at Jam Mugen House [Source], but was taken offline due to unknown reasons. I created the page in Nov 2013, and by that time his new site was already up, and his SkyDrive was offline. And yes, he had a previous site that I visited which was shut down. That previous site linked to his SkyDrive folder, and SkyDrive was the old name for OneDrive. While visiting Jam Mugen House in the archives, I realized that Exclamation_Question made more chars! He made Sigma, Cheaper, and Cheaper's Stage. Thankfully, Sigma got archived, while Cheaper bundled with the stage was saved by Soul Taker. I also have a previous version of Cheaper. Added both of them. Cleaned this page up a little and added a button for this section.
3/18/2025: Aww... Exclamation_Question made more chars. I got Deledelon, but I'm missing Gnasher. Grayeyes2020 has Gnasher though. Deledelon added.
