Silencer was best known for his Link with RMX who did the sprites. He released only 3 chars. Later, Eikichi and Mike Werewolf continued to work on Link adding more things and moves to him. In the latest version of the edited Link by Mike Werewolf, v0.95 in 2006, he stated that Silencer and Eikichi already retired from Mugen.

Tung Fu Rue will need pal fixing for newer MUGEN versions. Try Dos2Win, although it doesn't back up the sff file properly.
