2/26/2025: And it looks like TAROT aka ICCHA released 2 more chars later on, MANJIMARU and Zero. They were hosted at a Japanese site called, "GASE" in 2008, along with his updated Original Zero. Added them here. At GASE, he went by the name ICCHA instead of TAROT.

3/3/2025: Forgot GASE is still up. Replaced the link. Added my own extracted gifs.

3/7/2025: Added God Rugal to the list. Found the conversion with corrupted modified dates, but not the original. I don't know where this char was originally hosted at, at the moment.

3/28/2025: Well... TAROT is not ICCHA, based on my recent research and analysis. Changed information and removed ICCHA's chars. I'll make a separate page for ICCHA's creations. Sorry about that. TAROT didn't put his name on the def file of Original Zero, and he didn't make it clear in the txt file that it was his modification of ICCHA's Original Zero. Also, I know where ICCHA's God Rugal was originally hosted at. It was at DEL's place.
