The first char he made was Glacius, his 2nd Fulgore, and his last was Morrigan with (e)Magius. Glacius was hosted at Andre Lopes's site.

Missing one stage... Cinder's Background. Zip file name cinderbg.zip. Electrocaid doesn't have a cinderbg.def in his perfect select with a lowercase 'c', so it is possible that he doesn't have it either.

Glacius is incompatible with MUGEN ver. Win, 1.0, and 1.1. I recently found an amazing program that converts many (but not all) old DOS MUGEN chars from ver. 01.01 and before to new DOS MUGEN ver. 06.27. The program was called Conversor 2.0, and was created by Fernando Camelo. This program was reuploaded to other sites, and thankfully they have been archived. Then, you can use Meldrak's Dos2Win to convert them to Winmugen. Conversor 2.0 works on converting Glacius.
