Orochi Herman's and Mattasaur's Site (Archived): http://rotb.mgbr.net/

Orochi Herman is on Facebook, and is active doing other things. He created a new website (http://rotb.piiym.net/) after rotb.mgbr.net shut down, but then he wrote, "EPIC REUPLOAD FAIL" on the site and said he will be back, but never updated the site after that. Then, the site shut down sometime on 2019. Orochi Herman's MUGEN stuff can be found on rotb.mgbr.net too. Orochi Herman might come back to MUGEN, so I'm not going to post his stuff here just yet.

Mattasaur did some comments on his chars, stages, and other things as well. You can visit the archived site to read them. Fun Fact: Mattasaur's Evil Ryu was released in mid June, 2001, shortly after MystikBlaze released his Evil Ryu in June 6th, 2001. Mattasaur's Evil Ryu came before Reu's Evil Ryu, which was released sometime in early 2002.

If the pals of these chars are messed up, use Dos2Win to fix. I haven't checked them all. I used it for all of these chars, and extracted their standing animation gifs and posted them here.

3/10/2025: I should mention that Dos2Win doesn't backup the sff file properly which will require manual backup, if you want. Anyways, I found out that Mattasaur made more things not found in his site. Added them here as missing.

3/17/2025: And Mattasaur made more stages found in an older site. All missing, but I added their info in the Lost Stages section here.
