BIRD's site shutdown sometime in late 2008 for unknown reasons. Then, Goemon aka 五右衛門, at his site https://mugen.shisyou.com/ (which is still up btw), released BIRD's chars on Skydrive on his behalf in 2009/4/19, except for Luffy. Source on Goemon's site. Then... many years later, all of a sudden, the Onedrive folder became nonexistent, and I can't find any more information if the proxy release was relocated elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find BIRD's Luffy from One Piece which is very rare, and the latest ver. of Metaknight which is 4/25/2008. BIRD discontinued Luffy sometime in 2006 for unknown reasons.

There is another Bird person who made King from King of Fighters, but I believe that is a different person, and he spelled his name, "Bird", instead of, "BIRD" with all caps.

Vegeta is gonna need Dos2Win to fix his pals for newer MUGEN versions, even though this Vegeta is from 2007. Other chars may need fixing as well.

BIRD's chars in his site were archived in DGCA, so if you want you can download DGCA to unarchived them, or download the zip version.
