Got these chars from Dark Pen's site. Thanks Dark Pen. More FF chars can be found there too in a bundle.
I remember back then when I wondered if there was a Kefka for MUGEN. Then, I searched it up, and behold! There was a Kefka made by General Leo. Then a Japanese author named En made a Kefka, which I obtained too. Good ol days.

Cancelled WIP
- An original char based off of Orochi Herman's Kagami from "The Lost Blade".
Originally, Kefka doesn't work in newer MUGEN versions due to an error saying that AnimElem has to have a number of 1 or more. The issue can be found in Statedef 210. He's gonna need a bit of editing to make him compatible, but I just fixed it for myself. Haven't tested out Leo and Mash/Sabin yet.
