Shortly after kishio released his first char Ronald McDonald on Dec 17, 2007 [Source], peg took inspiration and created his first char Colonel Sanders for MUGEN, showing his first WIP video of Colonel Sanders on March 19, 2008 [Source2], and releasing him on April 10, 2008 [Source3: readme]. The last activity I could find of peg was that he uploaded a video on his Nicovideo channel on 1/8/2009 which was about part 2 of his Buyo puzzle game [Source4]. After that, idk what he did afterwards...
"Lin" is a bit of an oddity, because idk what it's suppose to be. I believe it to be non-MUGEN because Lin and Buyo were in blue background color, as suppose to his MUGEN chars which were in brownish background color, separating the two as two different things. Also, Grayeyes2020 and Electrocaid don't have Lin either, suggesting it's not MUGEN related. According to the update log, he restored the site and updated Lin to Ver0.14β on May 2, 2008 [Source5]. 6 days later, he suspended publication because of a, "warning from the Legal Department of NHN Japan Corporation" [Source6], so Lin Ver0.14β was only available for 6 days. So, the chance of someone reuploading Lin is probably slim to none. Oh well. And I can't find it either if it was reuploaded.
