Raiwa's site is still up after 24 years! But, he closed his char section site a long time ago. He also hosted 3 of Keyu's chars (old vers.). Raiwa created some programs too, and they are Act File Editor, SSF Decoder ver.0.11b, and SSF Decoder ver.0.22b, which are available on his site.
