He also created EmuGame which is a, "front end that supports multiple emulators." EmuGame can be found in the archived site above.

SuperScott's Haohmaru, Kyo, and Sol Badguy are so old that Dos2Win won't fix them. They will require additional editing to make them compatible for MUGEN v. Win, 1.0, and 1.1. Note about Dos2Win: it doesn't back up the sff file properly, so you'll have to manually backup if you want. Cyclops works though.
