Scar's Evil Dan was a WIP that was never finished, but he released it anyways at the Infinity Mugen Team forum Open Source board on SendSpace on August 31, 2010. Not too many people knew about it, including Electrocaid who never obtained the char according to his perfect select. As a result, this char is extremely rare, and missing. The pic of Scar's Evil Dan comes from that release thread from the Open Source board, which I edited and used here.
