Scar's Evil Dan was a WIP that was never finished, but he released it anyways at the Infinity Mugen Team forum Open Source section on SendSpace on August 31, 2010. Not too many people knew about it, including Electrocaid who never obtained the char according to his perfect select. As a result, this char is extremely rare, and missing. The pic of Scar's Evil Dan comes from that release thread from the Open Source section, which I edited and used here. 3/8/26: Added TiagoFrossard's name, made Screenpacks font large, and added pic of the Screenpack.
