Hosted on Getuploader and Mediafire, olt-EDEN has a ton of stuff reuploaded from offline authors such as curze, GATT, hyuga, Kyo Kusanagi, Lost Time aka minstral, MRSS, Rainman, Rakurai, supermystery's DB chars, TE=DA, and much more. Rakurai's chars were recently added this February, 2025, so olt-EDEN is still probably adding more stuff there.
For Kyo Kusanagi, olt-EDEN says, "Kyo Kusanagi氏全キャラ" (All characters by Kyo Kusanagi), but unfortunately it's not all of his characters. That's all of his chars from his site, yes, but Kyo Kusanagi decided to release some of his chars exclusively on Shin Mugen's Mugen DEV forum. Kyo released Richter on there because he thought, "Angelfire would die if I hosted him on the site. For now, it'll be downloadable on MUGEN Dev. as an attachment to the post." Few years later, MUGEN Dev went offline. Kyo Kusanagi disappeared, and he never reuploaded his stuff again, or I can't find them.
Electrocaid has most of them, but he's missing "Zomebie" it seems. However, their modified dates have been corrupted, so untouched versions are still missing, and probably forever. Oh well.
I'll definitely keep an eye on that post though. Good stuff.
Edit: I spoke a little too soon. I found the untouched version of Richter!
