3/12/2025: Wow, I never knew this, or maybe I totally forgot. It looks like YOUKAI came back and created a new site (the one above). He made a new char called Naruto Kun HR and released him in 2013. Then he went mia, and his site shut down. Sasuke Kun HR never happened... atm. Naruto Kun HR is compatible with vers. Win, 1.0, and 1.1. 8/5/26: Found a super rare char that barely anybody knows about, Garan de Leo by Hanyou apparently. Hosted at the old Mugen Hispania, it has been archived. Char so rare and obscure, it's not found in Electrocaid's perfect select. Added WIPs section. Added Mario gif, and strikethrough. Added, "the ones I know of so far". According to 1 source, YOUKAI made Namor and released him on 11/15/2005. Unfortunately the thread was not archived. I do have the char, but apparently the author is by, "HATAKE KAKASHI", so if the source is correct, YOUKAI is aka HATAKE KAKASHI. Oh well, I'll just add it.

Why when i play Naruto I can't use substitute tehnique but when I play against the computer it just spams the ability
ReplyDeleteAww.... Looks like it is a move reserved for AI only. Simple edit can fix this. Open up cmd file with notepad or something, Go to ";taunt" or, "[State -1, taunt]" and change value to 1950. That should do it.
DeleteOh wait, you can do the other substitute jutsu move already. ~D, DF, F, x+y, so down, down forward, forward, punch and medium punch. The taunt substitute jutsu will require editing though.
DeleteI forgot to address these problems earlier, but when trying to use Naruto and Sasuke in M1.0/M1.1b, neither of them will show all of their respecitve palettes, but their default ones instead. This isn't the case for the author's first old version of his Sasuke (1/29/2006, not listed here).
ReplyDeleteAlso for Naruto, he doesn't seem to work that well for me. He crashes the game as soon as he starts fighting once the battle has already started. Is it because both him and Sasuke were really poorly coded, or something else? Because I'm very aware of the fact that they are incredibly cheap and broken to begin with, as stated by many people who saw them.
I know these characters work fine for you, but not for me with Naruto. If I have encountered that problem I mentioned, should I give him some further editing if I want, so he doesn't crash the game anymore? If not, then I think I'd have to continue to be more careful on whether he crashes or not, even though I did know about the problem ever since that it apparently happened. But at least for Sasuke, this problem doesn't seem to occur, as the game keeps on going, but I can't say if I'm sure about that. And with a polarizing reception that both of these characters have had, I doubt that I would be using them in any other battles sooner or later. Sorry about that, even if I don't have to apologize.
Anyways, these are almost all of the reminders that I had to give you on this site, even if you did or did not know before. I understand that I don't have to give some of those other reminders to you. All I had to note now are incompatibility issues (palette glitches, error messages, crash to desktops) and some other corrections. Hope you're still doing well with all of these creations here.
