While looking for SUMI's chars in the archives, I found out that 2 of his chars were hosted at Mugenation (the older version of Mugenation), untouched, which I was very surprised about. Both of them were archived, Ciel and Warcueid, which the untouched Ciel was the last one I was looking for. As a result, I was able to complete this collection. Thanks Mugenation. Also another thing, the old Mugenation was not only a database, but a warehouse that hosted tons of chars. However, only a few were archived, and amazingly, both of SUMI's chars were archived!
SUMI also made Bousou Oni-CHIDURU, which I never knew about until this year. Thankfully, the char was archived in SUMI's previous site hosted by Tripod. For some reason, SUMI didn't transfer Bousou Oni-CHIDURU over to his new site hosted by Infoseek. As a result, barely anybody knew about it, and Mugenation didn't reupload the char.
Another site that hosted SUMI's chars after they went offline was MUGEN archive wiki, a Japanese site that hosted rare and offline chars. However, only 3 were reuploaded, and Bousou Oni-CHIDURU wasn't. Unfortunately, none were archived except S.Ryu which was partially archived, but thankfully with other S.Ryu files I found, I was able to restore it to its original untouched form. Collection completed.
12/20/2025: Oops, nvm, Bousou Oni Chiduru was reuploaded to MUGEN archive wiki, but it was edited from 2005-06 by Unknown.
Use Dos2Win to fix the pal issues, especially Bousou Oni-CHIDURU.
