A collection of Ermac Won aka EMW aka Error Macro aka Barmac's MUGEN creations, the ones I know so far.

3/3/2025: Alright, let's redo this one. Totally forgot he made more stuff such as his Marios which I had in my collection. While doing a deep search for his stuff, I realized that he made more than I thought, and thus I'm missing a lot of his stuff. His last creation was Ioro and Ioro's Stage in 2013 which was hosted at MelvanaInChains's site. His creations were scattered about in multiple sites, and the site above only hosted Black Ranger, Link, Morrigan, and Snowman.

There was another person named Ermac around the same time when Ermac Won was active and releasing chars & stages. This other Ermac was aka Gary Fisher, and aka Shinnox. An odd coincidence that Gary Fisher released a Red Ranger in 2007, and Ermac Won released a Black Ranger in 2008. Both chars from different games (according to Electrocaid), but from the same SNES (His Black Ranger used sprites from MMPR (SNES) and (Genesis), and MMPRTM (SNES)). Same person? Idk, probably not.

He also ripped voices from Mortal Kombat Armageddon for chars Mileena, Scorpion, Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Smoke, but all of the download links are down.

12/2/2025: Yes! So about 13 days ago, Ermac Won aka Barmac replied back to me at Mugenguild, and we had a conversation about his stages. Some days later, he shared with me all of his stages he still had, and gave me permission to release his unreleased stages on my site! So about this stage called, "Gloam Valley" hosted at Club Syndicate, when I brought it up, Ermac Won didn't remember if he actually released a Gloam Valley stage, or not. When I showed him the link, he said that probably was a misnamed version of The Bitlands - Underground. He also said that he tried making a Gloam Valley stage once, but ended up scrapping it because he couldn't get the, "background to animate like it did in the actual game", and the files for it are gone.

With that said, it is possible that Ermac Won never made and released a Gloam Valley stage. However, Electrocaid has this stage, "superpapermario3.def" in his perfect select file right under Ermac Won's 3 Super Paper Mario stages. It is unknown what this stage is, or if Ermac Won made it, but it could be Gloam Valley. Both files, the Gloam Valley stage hosted at Club Syndicate, and superpapermario3, are still missing (in which Electrocaid hasn't shared superpapermario3 yet).

As for the stages Ermac Won shared with me, the ones not found in Electrocaid's perfect select are Area 2 (mmprarea2.def), Area 5 (mmprarea5.def), King K.Rool's Air Strip (kroolairstrip.def), Lineland Road (spm1.def), QUAN-CHI'S FORTRESS (MC5_St4.def), Serpentera (zeddstage.def), The Gas Station (Gas_Station.def), and THE WLEMENT OF WATER (MC5_St2.def). For Serpentera, Ermac Won said he planned to bundle it with his char Lord Zedd, but since he was never finished, the stage never saw the light of day. Since Electrocaid doesn't have these stages, and that I don't have any information on them, these stages besides Serpentera were most likely unreleased... now released on my site! Also, Ermac Won confirms he is not Gary Fisher. Also, idk if the new version of New Mushroom Kingdom was released back then, or not, but it's different from the old one I have. 12/3/2025: Oh nvm, he did release the updated version of New Mushroom Kingdom on Oct 8, 2007, and hosted it at his Freewebs site. Description of it matches the one Ermac Won sent me, although the one he sent me was edited by him in 2008 which he probably didn't release.
